Rehabilitation of drainage system from level 3 to level 9 (L11-L12-L13), including the open drain, kitchen, laundry room, and cabin annex.
Full lining of the entire pipe system in the living quarters. Pipe dimensions range from Dn.70 to DN150, using Loro-x pipes. The inner lining of corroded pipes was carried out without disrupting living quarters, with no need for disassembly or posing any risk to health, safety, and environment. The work was done as a closed system, ensuring a safe and efficient process for sewage rehabilitation.

COLLECTOR PIPE
We conducted an inner lining of the collector pipe for torch to liquid separator in LT torch 43-VD02. The project involved epoxy lining of a fully welded 12˝ collector pipe, including branches through the fire wall.
The pipe dimensions, tank, pressure, and temperature specifications are as follows: 12" -6" Pipeclass AC17 sch20.
Job Description: Our scope of work included cleaning and applying a DN300 Epoxy liner over a 15m length. Additionally, we performed up milling of the 8˝ and 6˝ branches and installed 2 top hats to complete the project.

We completed a full epoxy lining from stake/blind flanges and all drain-boxes, extending from the beginning to the end above the sea. The pipe dimensions, tank, pressure, and temperature specifications are as follows: DN 250/DN 200/DN 150/DN 100 carbon steel.
Job Description: Our scope of work involved installing an inside epoxy liner in the open drainpipes leading out to sea, including support pipes/reinforcement from the top deck on Sleipner R platform. Before applying the epoxy liner, we thoroughly cleaned the inside corrosion throughout the entire pipe system. Additionally, we installed Y-liners in other branches.
